Our steamers are intuitive, and anyone can use them. To achieve an impeccable result, here are a few tips. 1. Hold the bottom of the garment to tighten the fabric with one hand and hold the steam head with the other hand. 2. Always place the steam head on your clothes with full contact to allow steam to penetrate the fibers. Contactless steaming will not be effective. 3. To effectively remove wrinkles at the bottom of the garments, glide the steam head inside the garment. 4. Steam vertically starting from the top to the bottom. 5. For a flawless finish, use our accessories that comes with our steamers.
You can use tap water directly. The lime particles fall directly to the bottom of the water tank and do not travel up the pipe to the steam head. Do not use additives like white vinegar and perfume which could damage the device.
It is in fact compulsory to apply the steam head on your fabrics with full contact to allow steam to fully penetrate the fibers for optimal steaming. SteamOne powerful yet gentle steam blast poses no risk to even the most delicate garment. Contactless steaming will not be effective.
And yes, you can apply SteamOne steam blast on all kinds of clothing and fabrics like cotton, denim, polyester, wool, sequin, denim, lace, satin, linen and more. You can even use it at home on curtains, bedsheets and sofa to smoothen, sanitise and reduce odour. SteamOne steamers produce a stable steam blast that is controlled at 98 degree Celsius which is safe on all types of fabrics, even the most delicate ones.
Like any appliance that works with steam, there may indeed be a few droplets. It is often due to vapor whose temperature is not yet high enough causing condensation to occur and at times spitting of water.
Wait a few more seconds for the hose to heat up. Check that the hose is not twisted. Always keep your steamer in an upright position. The condensation should disappear from the sole plate and water should stop spitting. If the situation persists, please contact us for a device replacement.

Our warranty covers the replacement of your SteamOne device or parts if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the 1 year period.
To avoid any potential disputes, please check and report any faults or issues within 14 days of receiving your product.
SteamOne devices are engineered and constructed for continual high performance in normal settings and undergo stringent quality controls and checks. If a SteamOne device is used in the way it is intended and it breaks down within the 1 year period, it's our responsibility to replace it.
There are, however, some circumstances in which our warranty doesn't cover the replacement of a device:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the power and voltage rating
- Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance.
- Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.
- Failures and faults caused by circumstances outside of SteamOne control such as negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the device; Use for anything other than normal domestic household purposes; Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of SteamOne; Use of parts and accessories which are not SteamOne genuine components; Faulty assembly or installation (except where carried out by SteamOne); Repairs or alterations carried out by non-authorised parties.
If you received a product that is faulty, please reach out and we’ll take you through the replacement or returns procedure. Please reach out to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The product must be returned with all accessories and in the original packaging. For change of mind, returns can only be accepted if product is not unsealed and in its original packaging and a return charge will be deducted from the refund value.
Delivery is free in Singapore
Yes we do, our delivery fee is a flat SGD30 for our vertical steamers and SGD12 for our nomad range. You may also incur an import tax charge upon receiving your item. Unfortunately we are unable to provide warranty for our customers in Malaysia at this moment.
Product Technical Questions (General)
The drain cap may not be closed properly. Screw it back on manually. If the device still leaks, the gasket of the cap may be damaged. In this case, the cap must be replaced. Please contact us for the replacement of the cap.
The fuel cap may not be properly closed. Screw it back on manually. If it is cracked or broken, the cap must be replaced. Please contact us for the replacement of the fuel cap.
There may be a condensation problem at the steam head. Please contact us for replacement of the steam head.
This is an electronic malfunction. Please contact us for the replacement of the device base.
First try plugging the device into a different electrical outlet. If this does not work, please contact us for the replacement of the device base.
If the water tank is empty: fill it up with water and put it back in the base. The reservoir may not be properly engaged in the device: ensure the direction of the reservoir is right (refer to the quick start guidebook)
If this still does not work, please contact us for the replacement of the device base.

Our models are rated 220-240V 50/60Hz with UK 3 pin plug, for use in Singapore. They can also be used in a country with electricity supply that falls within the same range. This includes Australia, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Europe, Indonesia, Philippines, Russia, Thailand, South Africa, UK and United Arab Emirates.
As they are not dual voltage, for usage in countries not limiting to Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Mexico and USA, we would advise a power converter and plug adapter.
It is always recommended to switch the power off after each use. However, in case the device is left resting for more than 8 minutes or when the water tank is empty, power to your device will automatically be switched off. SteamOne garment steamers are designed with safety, steam with peace of mind.

SteamOne garment steamers have been designed with a unique soft touch, high-end finish to give a velvety feel and an elegant matt appearance. Should there be any scratches, you may rub it off easily with your hand or a piece of clean cloth. It is recommended that you place your appliance away from direct sunlight and in a dry environment.
It is recommended that you drain your device once every two months of use to remove any accumulated slag which may cause premature damage to the drain plug. Before you drain, make sure the water in the tank has been cooled down to room temperature to avoid scalding yourself.
Procedure: Cool down the water tank for at least two hours. Fill up the water tank fully and insert into the device. Lift the device over an empty tub or near the drain and unscrew the drain plug at the base. Wait for the water to finish draining before screwing back the drain plug.
The exclusive ‘Start and stop’ technology delivers steam only when needed, providing great comfort in use along with up to 40% energy and water savings. A smart sensor system exists between the battery holder and the device base. It detects the presence of the steam head on the hook and automatically reduces steam production.
Situation 1: There could be obstacle such as clothes or hose that blocked the two sensors. Simply remove all obstacles and repeat the procedure. You should see a red blink at the bottom of the battery holder as well as a red blink on the ‘water droplet’ indicator on the device.
Situation 2: If this is your first time using the device, check that you have inserted the batteries in the holder. Batteries are provided in the packaging. If this is not your first time using the device and there is no red blink at the bottom of the battery holder, simply change the batteries.
If you are using a Stilys and it is making less steam than usual or giving out intermittent steam, the device may not have detected the removal of the steam head from its holder.
First, return the steam head to its holder. Make sure there are no obstacles such as clothes or hose blocking the sensors. Remove the steam head from the holder, you should see a red blink at the bottom of the battery holder and another red blink on the ‘water droplet’ indicator on the device. Your appliance should now produce steam normally.
If your appliance continues to not produce steam, it may be scaled up. First, follow the maintenance draining procedure. If this does not solve the problem, you can use white vinegar. Fill the tank with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 water, turn on the appliance (taking care not to put any clothing near the steam head), and let the tank empty. This procedure with the vinegar is identical for the home and nomad collection.
If your Stilys only produces steam when the hose is straight, it may be scaled up. First, follow the classic draining procedure. If this does not solve the problem, you can use white vinegar. Fill the tank with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 water, turn on the appliance (taking care not to put any clothing near the steam head), and let the tank empty. This procedure with the vinegar is identical for the home and nomad collection.

Place the steam head back on its holder. Press both the Eco and Max button at the same time for few seconds until you see a red blink on the ‘water droplet’ indicator. You have now disabled the start-stop function. Check by removing the steam head from its hook. If there is no red blink on the ‘water droplet’ indicator, you have successfully disabled the function.
To enable the function, repeat the same steps.

Try to lock the trigger in the "continuous steam" position and then release it. Contact us if there is no improvement.
